Everything Everywhere All at Once movie stars Michelle Yeoh as Evelyn Wang in the lead as a Chinese-American woman who runs a laundromat with her husband Waymond Wang played by Ke Huy Quan. Now the business is struggling to make ends meet and things get even worse for her when the IRS comes for an audit along with her husband Waymond filing for divorce. In the middle of this, Evelyn’s life takes an unexpected turn when she meets another Waymond from an alternate dimension and he tells her that he needs Evelyn’s help to prevent catastrophic damage across the universes.

However, Evelyn Wang finds herself abruptly traveling across the multiverse and entering alternate realms. In one of the realms, she is a chef and an action star in another. She is a famous singer in one and a sign spinner in another. Her husband from another realm tells her that across the multiverse where there are thousands of Evelyns, she has to access the emotions, memories, and skills of various Evelyns, in order to defeat an evil that is spreading throughout the many verses.
